SAMH

Let’s Talk about Mental Health! That was our message to fans and the wider public when we teamed up with the Scottish Association for Mental Health to try and address the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourage people to take more care of their mental health.

Our campaign was a huge success, with advertising on buses and the subway, matchday activity and digital messaging.   We also funded and distributed leaflets which provided information on how we can all protect our mental health.

Every year one in four people in Scotland will experience a mental health problem and every day in Scotland two people die by suicide.  Three times as many men as women take their own lives each year.  SAMH works every day to change this, and we are proud to have raised awareness of the charity’s vital work and helped them care for the mental health of Scotland’s people.
