Wellbeing On Wheels!

Tue 18th February 2025

Our National Charity Partner SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health) is bringing its Wellbeing on Wheels bus to Ibrox for the match against St Mirren on Saturday 22 February.

The bus is a drop-in mental health support service, with SAMH peer workers on board who have personal experiences with mental health challenges.

The Wellbeing on Wheels team provides informal, non-judgemental support, offering information, tools, and resources to help manage your mental health and wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for advice for yourself or a friend, or simply want to talk, they’re here to help.

Support may include:

  • Managing low mood and wellbeing
  • Boosting confidence
  • Reducing isolation and reconnecting with your community
  • Coping with mental health challenges
  • Signposting to further support

Why not step on board for a friendly chat, pick up some winter wellbeing tips, and take a step towards better mental health with SAMH? You will find the bus parked next to the walkway from the Ibrox Subway Station until kick-off.

Anyone over 16 can access peer support from SAMH workers, no referral or appointment is needed.  The bus also serves as a valuable chill-out space for people looking to grab a cup of tea, snack and have a chat with the team.
