Foundation Director Connal Cochrane has reacted to the passing of Rangers legend Walter Smith today:

“Everyone at the Rangers Charity Foundation is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Walter Smith, and our hearts go out to his family, friends and to all who will mourn this loss.

“Not only was Walter an icon and legend who represented the best of the Club, but he was a friend and much cherished supporter of our Foundation.

“We will be forever grateful to have known him and to have appreciated his achievements, dignity, warmth and unique humanity.”
