Hundreds Turn Out For Blue All Over Fun Run 2022

More than 300 Foundation supporters were painted ‘Blue All Over’ as they returned to Ibrox for the prestigious fun run event.
The Blue All Over 5K Fun Run saw fans run, jog or walk around the stadium for the first time in three years on Saturday 9 April.
Allison Forsyth, Rangers Charity Foundation Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Executive, commented:
“The fans did so well at the run and the atmosphere was great on the day.
“Our fun runs at Ibrox have been a huge success over the years and the money raised will help support our work with our charity partners and in the community.
“I want to thank our fans for their generosity and enthusiasm for supporting our work and all our contributors who helped make this day possible.
“It’s one of our favourite events and we’ll be looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Ibrox next year to get Blue All Over again!”
This latest running event follows on from successful fun runs which started in 2016 and have proven to be fan favourites.
Maria ran around Ibrox Stadium with her family to help fundraise for the Foundation and its charity partners. She said:
“I signed up for a good cause and for all the different charities the Rangers Charity Foundation promote and it’s a great family day out.
“It was absolutely great getting covered in this paint so it’s been a good day so far.”
Scott particularly enjoyed getting to run trackside at Ibrox before he was covered in paint.
He commented: “We just came along today to see what it was about. This is the first time I have ever done it but it was really good, I really enjoyed it.
“At first I never knew we were going to be in the stadium doing the run so it was quite a nice surprise you got to do that as well. It’s been a good day.”
Katie added:
“The best part of the day was just spending the day with my girls, having fun, raising money for a charity and getting covered in paint.”
