Foundation launches limited edition scarf for Christmas

Thu 21st November 2019

SOLD OUT!

The Rangers Charity Foundation is releasing a limited edition scarf this Christmas, with all proceeds going towards its work in the local community and beyond.

Fans will be able to get their hands on the official Foundation scarf, which includes a special embroidered logo, ahead of Rangers home match against Hearts on Sunday 1st December.

Volunteers will be selling the scarf, of which just 1,000 have been produced, in the Fan Zone and outside the Ibrox Megastore for just £10. Any remaining stock will then be available for purchase online at shop.rangerscharity.org.uk/home.

Fans at Ibrox will also be able to support the Foundation by purchasing this season’s dual crest pin badge for just £2, and browsing Broxi’s Bargains stall – both of which will be located in the Fan Zone before kick-off.

Broxi’s Bargains will return with a host of Rangers memorabilia, from strips to matchday programmes, and much, much more. If you have anything which you’d like to donate, which could be sold at the stall in aid of the Foundation, please email rangerscharity@rangers.co.uk.

The Foundation’s mission is to be a force for good on behalf of the Rangers Family, showing compassion to those in need, tackling inequalities and creating opportunities for people of all ages to change their lives for the better. Every penny raised by the new Christmas scarf will go towards supporting this unique charitable purpose.

Rangers Charity Foundation Director, Connal Cochrane, said: “We are delighted to be branching out this Christmas by launching a new scarf for the Rangers Family to enjoy.

“The Foundation was overwhelmed by the support received for our dual crest badge and we hope that the Rangers Family will join us in wearing this new scarf with pride – whilst keeping warm!

“The team works tirelessly all season to support Rangers fans in need, deliver powerful initiatives in the community for thousands of people and work with charity partners right around the world. All funds raised from this new scarf will help us continue to be a force for good.”
