Get to know the Rangers Charity Foundation team!

With your help, we want to be a champion of social responsibility and charitable giving for the Rangers family, making our supporters proud of the work we carry out in their name.

STAFF

CONNAL COCHRANE

Chief Executive

Connal has worked with the Foundation since 2005 and is responsible for the strategic management of the organisation reporting to the board of trustees. Connal was awarded the 2008 Institute of Fundraisers Scotland’s ‘Fundraiser of the Year’ and regularly takes on personal fundraising challenges for the Foundation.

LINDA SINCLAIR

Operations Manager

Linda has been with the Foundation since 2008 and works at the heart of the team, co-ordinating financial and administrative activities across the Foundation and working on a variety of fundraising initiatives.

JAMIE DUNCANSON

Community Programmes Manager

Jamie joined the Foundation in May 2017 having previously worked within Glasgow City Councils Education Services for a period of 14 years. He works on the growth of the Education and Employability aspects of the Foundation’s work.

JORDAN BOYD

Community Programmes Manager

Jordan joined the Foundation in 2016 having worked for 6 years delivering community-based programmes for Rangers FC. He has a strong track record in managing and evaluating programmes and presenting on outcomes. Jordan has an honours degree in sports coaching.

JENNIFER HUTCHISON

Marketing and Communications Manager

Jennifer joined the Foundation in February 2021. She held leadership roles in marketing and communications with Queensland Health and NSW Health in Australia and previous to that, a range of brand management and marketing roles with the Scottish FA in relation to the Scottish Cup, Youth and Community Football and Women’s Football.

ALLISON FORSYTH

Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

Allison joined the Foundation in December 2021 having previously worked for over 20 years at Rangers FC, most recently in a Partnerships and Events role. Allison is focusing on corporate fundraising and building new partnerships for the Foundation’s future.

DAVID HENSON

Supporter Engagement and Event Executive

David joined the Foundation in 2018 having worked in fundraising for the previous 3 years. Whilst working on the Foundation’s calendar of events and fundraising initiatives, David also focuses on our supporters and volunteers with the development of our True Blue Hero Campaign.

RACHAEL COSGROVE

Charity Executive

Rachael has been with the Foundation since 2016 and co-ordinates all the Foundation’s In Kind initiatives, leading on projects such as Dream Fund, the Discretionary Fund and Community Programme administration, as well as providing support to all other Foundation departments.

Gillian McKelvie

Communications and Partnerships Executive

Gillian has worked with the Foundation since 2008 and was previously involved with the creation and development of the Foundation in her previous role as Press Officer at Rangers FC. She focuses on communications including social media and the website.

CALUM MCCRINDLE

Marketing and Communications Executive

Calum joined the Foundation in January 2023 from the Lowland Reserve Force’s and Cadet’s Association. He is a practical journalism graduate and has experience as a freelance writer as well as with Partick Thistle. Calum creates a range of content for use across our various channels.

TODD FORREST

Digital Content Executive

Todd joined the Foundation in October 2023 after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with an Honours Degree in Television and Media. Todd is responsible for the creation of Photography and Video content for use on the Foundation’s various channels.

JANE MCLEAN

Trauma Counsellor

Cognitive Behavioural Therapist Jane joined the Foundation in September 2021. She has over 16 years of experience of working within child and adult protection. Jane provides holistic counselling, advice and one-to-one support across a range of Foundation programmes.

NICOLE PULLAR

Community Executive

Nicole joined the Foundation full-time in 2021, having previously worked on delivery for a range of different community programmes. Nicole works mainly on our Diversity Wins initiative and Wider Achievement, where she liaises with schools and the SQA and works with young people to help them achieve their full potential.

Zander Carruth

CashBack Co-ordinator

Since joining the Rangers Charity Foundation in 2021, Zander has delivered a variety of Foundation programmes. He started in the role of Cashback Coordinator in 2024. He holds a UEFA B License and Youth B License as well as BSc in Football Coaching, Performance, and Development from Edinburgh Napier University, and brings valuable experience from working in professional football academies.

Lee Duncanson

LEE DUNCANSON

Community Executive

Lee joined the Foundation on a full-time basis in July 2023 after previously being a community coach since February 2020. He holds an Honours degree in sport coaching whilst also holding an assessor/verifier qualification, both aiding in the delivery of the Foundation’s community programmes.

JORDAN SHENNAN

Community Assistant

Jordan joined the Foundation in 2021 having previously taken part in our Ready For Employment course as a participant. She did so well on the course she went on to volunteer in the Ibrox Community Hub and ultimately achieved a full-time position, initially via the Kickstart scheme. Jordan works on a variety of different courses supporting young people who are disengaged from employment or education.

SCOTT SMITH

Community Hub Officer and Coordinator

Scott joined the Foundation in January 2018, having previously worked with Street League across Glasgow and Lanarkshire for 10 years as a Youth and Community Coach. He is based full-time in Govan High School, as a Community Hub Officer supporting the pupils into positive outcomes. Scott also coordinates the Hub in the Community Programme.

MARK KING

Community Hub Officer

Mark joined the Foundation in October 2022 as a Community Hub Officer at Knightswood Secondary School. Mark spent four years working with the Rangers FC Soccer Academy and as a community coach in schools with the Foundation.

JAMIE MCMILLAN

Community Hub Officer

Jamie joined the Foundation in 2022 as the Community Hub Officer for Whitehill Secondary School, having worked for the club for 5 years previously on soccer academy projects and with the Foundation. Prior to starting at Whitehill, he worked within the Ibrox Community Hub with Ready For Employment and Wider Achievement groups.

CALLUM LAW

Community Hub Officer

Callum joined the Rangers Charity Foundation in December 2023 as the Community Hub Officer for Drumchapel High School having previously worked for FARE Scotland as a School Based Youth Worker. Callum also previously worked on Foundation programmes such as Wider Achievement and Towards Better Futures.

TRACY ROBERTS

Charity Assistant

Tracy previously worked for Rangers FC for over a decade in a customer facing role and took on the position of Charity Assistant within the Foundation in 2023. She is generally the first point of contact for those getting in touch, as well as working across all Foundation departments with administrative support.

JACQUELINE GOURLAY

Chair

Jacqueline is a chartered accountant with vast experience in various financial and operational roles within the electronics and leisure industries.

ANNETTE BELL

Trustee

Annette is co-founder and director of Bell Group UK which is the largest privately-owned property maintenance company in the UK. She is involved in charity work via her company’s Community Investment Programme and has held the position of Non-Executive Chairman of Lanarkshire Enterprise for 16 years.

JIM BRUCE

Trustee

Jim has vast experience within Chief Operating Officer and Commercial and Marketing Director roles across various Financial and Service industries. His experience ranges from driving fast moving start-up businesses to building and managing International Sales and Service Operations.

ALEX RAE

Trustee

Alex brings a unique perspective to the board as a life-long supporter of Rangers, a former player, a former professional manager and a founder of a charity himself.

CAROL TURNBULL

Trustee

Carol has 25+ years’ experience of working in further and higher education and is passionate about providing opportunities through education and training for everyone. Previously Principal of Ayrshire College and Chair of Colleges Principals Group, Carol’s experience and skills are a great fit with the mission and aims of the Foundation.
