Football Fans in Training
Our Football Fans in Training has achieved astounding results, with participants reporting dramatic improvements in their health, knowledge and motivation following the expert guidance provided over the course of the 12 week programme.
The programme works with males and females aged between 35 and 65 years old who are overweight and provides a great opportunity for Rangers supporters to improve their fitness, lose weight and train with fellow supporters at Ibrox.
Each session is split between classroom health education and physical activity sessions and covers issues such as weight management, exercise, diet and healthy eating, alcohol awareness, motivation and well-being.
Read about some of the programme's success stories, Gary Young, who lost a staggering 5 stone and reversed his diabetes after taking part in the initiative, and Mhairi McClymont lost two stone in 12 weeks! David Kirkwood recently lost 3 1/2 stone in 12 weeks and had to buy a whole new wardrobe! Craig Denholm kept up his routine following the course and had lost 6 stone within a year of starting the course!
