We have places up for grabs in the prestigious Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday 25th May 2025!

We will cover entry costs for the first 5 applications for both the Edinburgh Marathon and Half Marathon and all our runners will receive a free Foundation branded running vest with a unique design as well as fundraising support and advice.

So, if you want to run one of the fastest marathon routes in the world and enjoy the picturesque scenery starting in Edinburgh city centre and taking in Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat, the Palace of Holyrood and Portobello Promenade, what are you waiting for? We also have spaces available in the half marathon running for the Rangers Charity Foundation.  The half marathon also takes place on Sunday 25th May and with over 16,000 entries expected for the Edinburgh Marathon festival, the atmosphere is sure to be electric!

We are asking participants to commit to raising £600 in sponsorship for the full marathon and £300 for the half marathon. Everyone who hits their fundraising target has the chance to become a True Blue Hero and receive a medal from a First Team Player at a special Ibrox reception.

Every penny raised will go towards the Foundation and its valuable charitable and community work. This season we are working with Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Glasgow City Mission, The Simon Community, SAMH, Forces Children Scotland and Trauma Assistance Programme for Survivors and also run over 20 of our own community programmes in the local area and beyond to help improve the lives of people of all ages.
