Football Fans in Training
Our Football Fans in Training has achieved astounding results, with participants reporting dramatic improvements in their health, knowledge and motivation following the expert guidance provided over the course of the popular 12 week programme.
The programme works with males and females aged between 35 and 65 years old who are overweight and provides a great opportunity for Rangers supporters to improve their fitness, lose weight and train with fellow supporters at Ibrox.
Each session is split between classroom health education and physical activity sessions and covers issues such as weight management, exercise, diet and healthy eating, alcohol awareness, motivation and well-being.
Find out about some of the programme’s success stories, such as Andrew and Alison Rooney, who lost 6 and a half stones between them and passed these good habits on to their children.
Please note that to qualify, you must be aged 35 – 65 and have one of the following:
- BMI 27 or over
- Belly size 100 cm or over
- Trouser size 37 inches or over
We also hosted bespoke Prostate FFIT sessions for men affected by prostate cancer. You can sign up and find out more about Prostate FFIT by clicking HERE.
