Welcome to the official website (“Site”) of The Rangers Charity Foundation SCIO, registered charity number SC047681 (the “Foundation”). This website is operated by Point 1 Technologies Ltd on behalf of the Foundation.

1. Amending the Terms and Conditions

The Foundation reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and your use of the site following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The site may contain links to third party websites. These third party websites are beyond the control of the Foundation and the Foundation does not accept any responsibility for the content of these websites or for any transaction that you may make on these websites.

All material and contents appearing on the site are copyright to the Rangers Charity Foundation or its licensors (including The Rangers Football Club plc) and are protected by copyright law throughout the world. Permission is granted:

i. To download the materials and content contained in this Site to a single personal computer and to print a hard copy of such materials and content solely for personal, non-commercial use;

i. You acknowledge the Site as the source of the extract;

The Foundation reserves the right to suspend access to the Site for technical, legal or regulatory reasons. Wherever possible, the Foundation will provide notice of such matters.

You agree at all times to indemnify and keep indemnified the Foundation against all losses, damages, costs or expenses and other liabilities (including legal fees) incurred by, awarded against or agreed to be paid by the Foundation arising from your use of this Site.

The Foundation is firmly committed to data security.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information which you transmit to us online and you do so entirely at your own risk.
