Congratulations To Our True Blue Heroes!

Wed 22nd February 2017

The Rangers Charity Foundation has honoured fans whose dedication raised thousands of pounds for charity at three special receptions at Ibrox.

Every supporter who takes on a personal challenge in support of the Foundation and raises more than £100 is invited to Ibrox to receive a True Blue Hero Medal from a Rangers first team player and Clint Hill, Barrie McKay and Emerson Hyndman were delighted to attend the events and meet the latest supporters to have earned their medals.

Over 220 fans were honoured, who collectively raised over £67,000 from events such as the Big Ibrox Sleep Out, Great Scottish Run and Skydiving.

“We are very grateful to everyone who raises funds on our behalf via a personal challenge,” commented Foundation Director Connal Cochrane, “It’s really important for us to show our appreciation for their hard work and determination and also give our supporters an insight into the difference their contribution makes to the Foundation and to our charity partners.  Well done everyone!”
