Glasgow Santa Dash 2017

Event Date: Sun 10th December 2017

Run through Glasgow city centre dressed as Santa to raise money for the Rangers Charity Foundation this Christmas!

On Sunday 10 December, thousands of fundraisers will pound the streets of Glasgow in Santa suits to take part in what has become one of the most anticipated Christmas spectacles in the city – the Glasgow Santa Dash.

Last year, around 7,500 people took part raising money for a number of charities, including the Rangers Charity Foundation.

At just 5km long, the Glasgow Santa Dash is suitable for anyone who is looking to do something charitable this Christmas. The event is open to people of all ages inlcuding babies in buggies as long as there is someone willing to push them. There is a even a special section for people to take part with their dogs!

So if you are up for a bit of a laugh, either on your own, with friends or with your family, then sign up for the 2017 Glasgow Santa Dash and nominate the Rangers Charity Foundation as your chosen charity.

The fun run will start and finish in George Square and Santa suits are supplied as part of your registration fee, which starts at £5 for kids up to £15 for adults.

To register you must fill out a form on the Glasgow City Council website. Once you have done so, please get in touch with us by calling 0141 580 8775 or emailing and we will send you a sponsor form.

There is no minimum fundraising requirement, but remember, every single person who raises £100+ for us will become a True Blue Hero, and be invited along to an exclusive reception at Ibrox to receive a badge and medal from a first team player.
